Bach Flower Remedies were created in the 1930s by Edward Bach, M.D.—a British doctor. Over the years, Bach observed that his happier patients seemed to recover faster1 than the ones who were hopeless or depressed, indicating that illness begins in the spirit. He then made it his life’s work to focus on treatments for emotional distress. Dr. Bach eventually created what he believed to be a complete healing system, comprised of 38 different flower essences—one for every type of human emotion. Though scientific research on their benefits is limited, these essences are commonly used to encourage positivity and clear away any negativity. She was led to the work of Dr. Edward Bach, the pioneer who first discovered flower essences in the 1930’s. After only three weeks of treatment, she had a profoundly positive and life changing experience, which compelled her to learn everything she could about this transformative healing system. She has studied Bach flower remedies for more than a decade, working with mentors in the direct lineage of Dr. Bach. Additionally, she studied homeopathy through the Devon School of Homeopathy in England, the Homeopathic Academy of Southern California, and with world-renowned homeopath Dr. Luc De Schepper. This training deepened her understanding of human nature and showed her, first-hand, the link between emotional trauma and physical illness, and the miracle of healing when emotional balance is restored. What began as a passion for helping family and friends has grown into a successful practice with clients all over the world.
